Chocolatey Sponges with Biscuits

Hey there! :)
Do You like weddings
We were in a cheerful wedding some days ago. Actually this was the very first that I was attending, so I was really excited. :D That was the reason for the happening of this cake. You know , not for the wedding cake, just for the one that guests are bringing.
What do You like the best in weddings? :) I think the couple related personal games are the bests, or the cake. :D And don't forget the dresses! :D

So, this sponge cake was delicious, soft and it doesn't contain any eggs so it's really easy to make. You should try! ;)

Ingredients:
  • 2 dl= 6.5 fl oz. of apple- or grape juice
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 250 g=1 cup  of flour
  • 200 g= 4/5 cup of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 dl= 3.5 tbsp of oil
  • one small package  of biscuits/cookies
  • 1 bar of chocolate
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation:
1. Mix the juice with the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and with the oil.

2. Separate the batter into two bowls.
3. Crush some biscuits, and add it to one of them.

4. To the other half of the batter, melt a bar of chocolate, and add it to it, as well as the cocoa, and a pinch of salt.

5. Lubricate a baking tray with butter, and sprinkle a little flour to it, then pour the batters into it.

6. You can"draw" some patterns when you stir them with a knife.

7. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
8. Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes.

Enjoy! :)
