Mini Apple tarts



If You have just a little time to do something delicious, I suggest You making this tasteful , and fruity tart. No hustle and bustle, just an easy sponge, enhanced with good spices, and some juicy apples from the chamber. My guests loved it! :)


Ingredients:

  • 6 apples
  • 2 T(tablespoons) of icing sugar

  • 3 eggs
  • 140 g granulated sugar
  • 80 g margarine
  • 1 T vanilla flavor
  • 1 T vanilla sugar
  • 2 T cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of gingerbread spice
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 T baking powder
  • 0,5 dl sunflower oil


Preparation:
1. Wash the apples, and cut it to little cubes.

2. Add 2 T icing sugar to it.

3. In another bowl mix together all the other ingredients. /firstly, the eggs with the sugar, and the melted margarine, then the spices, and finally the flour, blended with the baking powder, and the oil./


4. Put muffin papers, to the holes of the muffin bakers, and spoon some pastry into them. (24 pieces)

5. Fill them with the apple cubes. Push them a bit into the pastry.

6. Bake them for about an hour, or 50 minutes in 150-160 'C. (celsius) (on small flames)
